반환값
성공 시 TRUE를, 실패 시 FALSE를 반환합니다. If called statically, returns a
DOMDocument실패 시 FALSE를 반환합니다.
오류/예외
If an empty string is passed as the source,
a warning will be generated. This warning is not generated by libxml
and cannot be handled using libxml's error handling functions.
이 메소드는 정적으로 호출할 수있지만, E_STRICT 오류가 발생합니다.
